SEEING ONCE IS BETTER THAN HEARING MANY TIMES

On May 19, 2022, meetings took place in Moscow between representatives of the National Company "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu" and representatives of Russian engineering companies, including visits to the offices of Transtelesoft LLC and TMH-Intelligent Systems LLC. Omor Kodirkulovich Dzhumanazarov, Chief Inspector for Train Traffic Safety of the National Company "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu," and Rakhimzhan Karimzhanovich Yusupov, Head of the Bridge Detachment, were shown practical demonstrations of the latest technologies for safe railway transport management produced by TMH-IS, as well as the new digital generation of "Bort" onboard traffic safety systems.

During the discussion, particular interest was shown in physical samples of the video surveillance system that is part of the "Bort" system, as well as in the traffic control systems. It was noted that the new, more efficient equipment takes up significantly less installation space and requires far less labor to maintain in operation.

A proposal was made to hold an extended Russian-Kyrgyz scientific and technical council online to discuss the issues raised, including equipping the locomotives of the National Company "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu" with "Bort" safety systems, and the possibility of equipping the new Balykchy–Kochkor–Kara-Keche section with modern traffic control systems during its construction.
