"INNOPROM.Kazakhstan" 2023 — Transmashholding has implemented an intelligent station control system on the railways of Kazakhstan, reports the Government of Russia. General Director Kirill Lipa spoke about Transmashholding's close cooperation with Kazakhstani partners. Over the past several years, more than $200 million has been invested in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan Railways recently received 12 mainline diesel locomotives. The mainline freight diesel locomotive is a two-section unit with AC-DC electric transmission. This model is capable of hauling up to 6,400 tonnes in any climatic conditions. Kazakhstan has implemented an intelligent station control system for its railways, developed by Transmashholding.
